Privacy Policy - Parcel Loop
Version 1.1, effective from 10 October 2026.
1. Who we are
The controller of personal data is ASE Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Portowa 41, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland, KRS 0000965347, NIP 6711850032, REGON 521363498 ("we", "us"). Contact for all privacy matters: sprzedaz@amazinggirl.pl. We have not appointed a data protection officer.
2. The short version
- Parcel Loop needs no account, no login and no e-mail address.
- Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
- The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Because many players are teenagers, every ad request is sent with Google's "teen" treatment: ads are not personalised, no advertising profile is built, and ad content is limited to the "general audiences" and "parental guidance" categories.
- There is no analytics SDK and no crash reporting SDK in the app.
- The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not designed for children under 13.
3. Data stored on your device
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Completed levels and completed daily challenges | showing your progress, unlocking board themes |
| The unfinished route on the current board | continuing after you leave the app |
| Settings: sound, vibration, reduced motion, language, board theme | your preferences |
| Number of hints used per level | the free hint allowance |
| Ad counters: active play time, time of the last ad, number of ads today, earned hints | limiting how often ads appear |
This data never leaves your device. It is not included in Android cloud backup or device-to-device transfer. You can delete it with Settings, Clear progress, or by uninstalling the app. Ad counters are kept when you clear progress, so that clearing cannot be used to reset ad limits; uninstalling removes them.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ads are provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and by Google LLC elsewhere. To request, show and measure ads the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the app may process: the advertising ID of your device, your IP address (which indicates approximate location), device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version) and your interactions with ads (views, clicks). Google is an independent controller for the processing it performs. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Teen treatment. Every ad request from Parcel Loop carries Google's age-restricted "teen" signal and a content limit of "parental guidance". In practice this means: no personalised advertising, no use of your activity for ad profiles, and no ads in categories unsuitable for minors. This applies to all players regardless of age.
Your choices. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. Whatever you choose, you can play the whole game; refusing may mean fewer or no ads, and the number of ads is never increased because of your choice. You can change your choice at any time in Settings, Privacy, Privacy choices for ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Privacy, Ads).
Ad formats. Short full-screen ads appear at natural breaks after a finished level, never during drawing, never before the first few levels, and at most a few times per hour and per day. A second hint on a level is offered in exchange for watching an ad; this is always your choice. Undo, restart and normal play never require an ad.
Legal bases (GDPR). Storing information on your device and reading it for advertising, and the measurement of ads, rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in the Polish Telecommunications Law). Keeping ad-frequency counters on your device relies on our legitimate interest in financing a free game while limiting how often ads appear (Art. 6(1)(f)). In Poland a person under 16 cannot give this consent alone; the teen treatment described above is applied to everyone so that no personalised processing happens even if a younger player taps "consent".
5. What we do not collect
Name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, files, microphone or camera data, health or payment data. The app requests no runtime permissions. We make no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We receive no personal data from the app. Data processed by the ad SDK goes to Google and, where you have consented, to the advertising partners listed in the consent form. Google may transfer data to the United States and other countries under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Data on your device stays until you clear it or uninstall the app. Google's retention periods for advertising data are described in Google's privacy policy.
8. Children and teenagers
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 13, and we have not designed the game for them. Because there are no accounts, we cannot verify age; this is why the teen ad treatment is applied to every player. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the app, write to us: there is nothing to delete on our side, and the in-app privacy choices and the advertising ID reset remove what the ad network holds for that device.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Because we hold no data that identifies you, most requests are fulfilled on your device: clear progress, change the privacy choices, reset the advertising ID. For data held by Google, use the privacy choices in the app or Google's own tools. For everything else write to sprzedaz@amazinggirl.pl; we answer within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) or the supervisory authority of your country.
10. Changes
We will publish changes on this page and update the version and date. Material changes to advertising will also be reflected in the consent form shown in the app.
